OurDream is operated by Dream Studio USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The service agreement identifies ourdream.ai and ourdream.io as a shared account service. A fictional profile is not the company or a support representative.
Use [email protected] or Request Help in Profile for account and payment issues. Use [email protected] for an appropriate privacy or safety request.
Distinguish a conversation from a public collection

What other users see is separate from service processing. Model and service providers process information needed to operate the tools; encryption should not be read as device-only processing or a promise of end-to-end secrecy.
Protect the login and limit sensitive input
Secure the original sign-in method and use designated account, payment and verification flows. Keep identity records, passwords and complete payment details out of character conversations.
AI replies can be mistaken about the service itself. Ask support about real purchases or controls rather than accepting a fictional character's claim as an account decision.
Match the concern with a request
Report an unwanted public item through its control without reposting it. For personal data, contact the trust channel from the relevant account address and identify the access, correction, export or deletion concerned.
