Continue the situation already in progress
Keep the location and relationship consistent with the opening. If you want to change them, introduce the transition. A preference such as two short paragraphs or mostly spoken dialogue can help shape the next turn.
The harbour office is closing. I put a return ticket beside the route map. Ask when I need to arrive, and leave my character's decisions to me.
A brief recap helps when resuming later. Review pinned facts and instructions if a detail matters across several turns.
Use action formatting when it helps reading
Place an action between asterisks, such as *I unfold the timetable on the counter.*. It can appear in yellow, separating movement from spoken text. You can include dialogue after the action in the same message.
Remember that the reply is fiction. A character cannot confirm a payment, change membership or decide a privacy request. Account controls and support are the route for real service questions.
Inspect the option selected for replies
Chat labels such as Genius and Lively Genius identify product options. They do not publish a complete specification of the underlying language model, its provider, parameter count or permanent recall.
Check the displayed cost before using a premium option. Genius and Lively Genius replies are listed at 1 coin, including with a subscription. Our cost examples distinguish those replies from Standard subscriber text access.
Keep a stalled reply separate from a writing preference
For a pending response, wait before sending multiple replacements. Inspect the balance, connection and any request notice. Comparing another profile can show whether the issue is limited to one conversation.
Record the error and time for technical checks. If the reply completed but was too long or off topic, revise the instruction instead; deleting a conversation should not be the first response to either problem.
