Our Privacy Policy covers account, payment, content, support, device and usage information. Service vendors and payment providers can be involved in operation, security and applicable legal requirements. The policy also describes improvement uses, including machine learning.
Keep fictional conversations limited to the context they need. Do not supply passwords or identity records to a character. Our audience explanation distinguishes user sharing from provider processing.
Local preferences and measurement
Browser storage can retain saved characters, language, sidebar state and a dismissed promotion. Those preferences are not a backup of your account history or proof of paid access. Browser site-data controls can remove them and may also sign you out.
This version loads Google Tag Manager. The published container determines which measurement tags run and what consent conditions they use. Browser choices do not replace account-data requests, and removing local data does not cancel renewal.
Ask for access, correction, export or deletion

- Identify the account or information concerned.
- State the data action you are requesting.
- Keep the correspondence and follow designated verification steps.
Do not include a password, working login code or full card number. Available rights, retention exceptions and identity checks depend on the applicable policy and location.
Use a different control for a different outcome
Cancellation stops future renewal when completed. Permanent deletion removes the account and associated content and unused coins. A local browser reset does neither.
For an unwanted public item, use its reporting control. That is not the same request as correcting or obtaining a copy of your own personal data.
