Check the partner offer before sending traffic

Affiliate arrangements refer customers through a partner account. They are separate from subscriber referrals, plan bonuses and Dream Coin spending.

Updated

Introduce the channel you plan to use

Email [email protected] with your publication channel, audience and intended traffic. Approved partners use the dashboard and conditions offered to that account.

Read the accepted offer before promoting it. A published maximum is not a promise that every visitor, plan or region earns that amount.

Identify the qualifying event

Our program offers revenue-share and CPA arrangements. One concerns qualifying referred revenue, the other a qualifying acquisition. Geography, plan, eligibility and the approved offer affect calculation.

Keep the agreed schedule and payout conditions. A click, a conversion, an earned commission and a completed payment are separate stages, not interchangeable evidence of earnings.

Record the stage you want investigated

For a tracking question, provide the campaign identifier, link, date range and relevant dashboard event. Say whether the missing item is a visit, conversion, commission or payout. Omit customer credentials and complete payment information.

Use the partner contact for affiliate matters. Customer support handles subscriptions, while referral checks concern a subscriber's reward.

Questions and answers

Is an affiliate payment the same as a user coin reward?

No. A partner's commission and a subscriber's referral benefit have separate terms and accounts. Use the accepted affiliate offer for payout questions.

How do I ask about joining the affiliate program?

Email [email protected] with your channel, audience and proposed traffic. Check the offer and conditions supplied for your partner account before promotion.

Will every tracked click create a payment?

No. Qualifying events and the accepted commission conditions determine what is earned. Keep campaign and dashboard evidence when reporting a tracking discrepancy.
